Who am I?

I am a lot of things, but first and foremost, I am a mommy.  My kids, Laura and Brayden, are my everything.  They drive me insane and stress me to death at times, but when they are sound asleep in their bed/crib, I just stare at them in amazement.  These tiny, innocent, humans are quite literally a piece of me.  It amazes me to see how they grow and develop...and how quickly the years fly by!  I can't believe my baby started school today!!!!!!

I have always been someone who is "on the go," and my children, especially Laura, have learned that behavior from me...so what did I do this summer????  a LOT - because every day started with, "mommy, what are we going to do today?"

We had tons of beach days!

We visited Several amusement parks - Six flags, Canobie Lake Park, Sesame Place (above) and Disney! (below)

Over the past 2 years I have lost 50ish pounds and am currently training for a fitness competition (that's why I carry a cooler with me and change at the break)

I coached field hockey for 5 years for Cumberland High School and just retired from coaching softball at La Salle after 5 years there as well.  The team finished 2nd in the state this year.

I teach Spanish ...and "life" at La Salle Academy - I think that teaching a foreign language, by nature, allows me to really connect and get to know the students in a different way than in other subject areas.
